- Founded in an old historical brick building in the heart of the downtown historic district with super thick, hand chipped bricks we found the perfect location to build our cellar. The walls which are below ground offer excellent temperature and humidity control all by itself, but once we added state of the art insulation, R-50 plus, moisture barriers and humidity control systems it became the perfect storage solution for your wine.
- The entry hallway doubles as a tasting room that can be altered with or without hanging tables, we also have folding tables and chairs so that we can offer a great space for your private event. There is a small sitting area for our current clients should you want to have a small intimate wine tasting of your own.
- There are cages of all sizes, depending on personal needs. They vary in size from 10-20 case up to full walk in lockers.
- Each person has their own electronic key fob for entry. In addition, you will put your own personal padlock on your space so that so that only you have entry to your locker.
- You have the ability for independent access during hours of operations. Should the need arise the arrangements can be made for off-hours the entry
- Double security solid wood or steel doors with limited access to the building and the locker space give you peace of mind.
- Once inside there is a dumbwaiter to be able to allow you to bring your wines up and down stairs with ease and safety.
- We have the ability to receive your packages or shipments at a remote location then store them our management’s temporary locker until such time as you can make arrangements to get them into your personal locker. We can receive 1 case to your entire collection (some fees apply)
- Since you are using your own lock, the management and owners do not have access to your space.
- There are 24-hour alarms to. Notify. Management of humidly, air-conditioning or temperature swings outside of preset ranges.
- With our thick walls and state of the art insulation, even with the unlikely event of a system failure the cellar will remain steady in temperature and humidity until it has been fixed
- State of the LED lighting they will go off automatically when entering or exiting. This helps to preserve your wine as light degrades wine. We use low energy LED lighting designed to not degrade wine in its containers.
